Had a really enjoyable stay for business or for vacation. Got the same well-maintained and fairly quiet superior king room with a good view booked online, appreciated that. - the position of the hotel was relatively quiet and reasonable, close to the Monastery of El Escorial.

The breakfasts is rich and great with a wide array of food. The room is huge with a good bed and exceptionally good views. For sure we would stay there again...

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is very close to the main bus station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers like me. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room service, car hire, bicycle hire, and even grocery shopping services available. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room itself was immaculate, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace for enjoying the view.

It was very comfortable; the rooms were fresh. The window shades were fairly light-tight, which meant that I thought it was darker outside than it really was, but that was ok. I liked that the room was well supplied, and the internet access via ethernet cable, once another guest told me about it, was really good. The front desk staff had very good suggestions for finding food after midnight and for finding jogging trails.

The bath towels could have been a little thicker, they were on the fairly minimal side. The hand towels were nicer than the bath towels. There was no information about how to connect to the internet -- I had my own ethernet cable, but I did not realize the connection was available until another guest told me about it.

It is conveniently near the main bus station, making it easy to explore the beautiful sights in the Guadarama mountains. the rooms were clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also offers a balcony where you can enjoy lovely views.

The restaurant service could use some improvement.

The hotel is noisy on the weekend nights. For people who stay up until 2am on Friday night, it wouldn't be a problem, but if you are trying to go to sleep early it is.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. the room had a nice balcony that provided a view of the surroundings. Another advantage was the hotel restaurant, which exceeded my expectations with its excellent service and quality of food.

The beds were not very comfortable, resulting in a restless night's sleep. the shower could have been cleaner and could have used some attention.

Friendly reception staff available for tips. Located near El Escorial. Free parking in the street of the hotel.

Room was way too hot. Jetstream in bath didn't work. Room needed some maintenance. Safe did not work. Hotel staff indicated that everything could be fixed, however we expect that all points mentioned above are checked before arrival. No internet available in the room, however in the lobby wifi was available for free.

Close to Escorial and a great stay.

Waited till 8.30 for restaurant to open then told the heavily advertised menu of the day was not available, only à la carte so had to go out looking for another restaurant where it was - we were starving by this time.
